CTMAA Prepares for LAUNCH of LightningFORCE Foundation

After meetings with more than fifty OEM, fabrication, specialty and precision machine shops across California, CTMAA leadership is leading a statewide initiative to create a unique charitable organization dedicated to helping California manufacturers attract, hire and train Machinists, CNC, Tool and Mold Makers, Industrial Maintenance, Machinery Mechanics and Quality Control skilled candidates.
